Account Options

Cash Account

A credit card deposit is required to the full replacement value of the equipment being hired and payment for the rental fee on return of the goods.

You are required to submit Photo ID such as a current passport or drivers licence and 2 recent proofs of address (no older than 2 months old) which will be security checked.  It is best to email this in advance and bring the originals along to your first collection.

Low Deposit Account

This account is similar to the cash account however after successful verification and security checks the deposit will be reduced to £250 for the first £5000 replacement cost of equipment and then an extra £250 per £1000 of equipment thereafter.

You are required to submit Photo ID such as a current passport or drivers licence and 2 recent proofs of address (no older than 2 months old) which will be security checked.  It is best to email this in advance and bring the originals along to your first collection.

We will then debit the required security deposit plus payment for the rental in advance. Should we not be able to successfully verify your ID then we can open a standard cash account where a full deposit is required.

Rental Account

This account is similar to the Low Deposit account but with the benefit of no deposit up to an agreed maximum replacement cost which is set upon successful completion and approval of a Rental Account Application form. Payment for the rental is required in advance.

To apply for a Reduced Deposit Rental Account please complete an application form and return it to our credit control department along with ID as stated on the application form.

Credit Account

This account is ideal for high volume rental clients. You will enjoy deposit-free rentals, location delivery service and access to our international hire service.
